I am a yoga teacher, multi-dimensional Healer, spiritual mentor, life coach and mindfulness practitioner. I work in groups, schools,clubs, universities and 1-1 also offering a development group alongside the yoga classes, focusing on tools to support your journey in self development of mind, body and spirit. I work with all ages from 5 to 100!
I also offer guidance readings, crystal healing, retreats and workshops.
I have been working and teaching for many years and I am based in Wareham in Dorset.
