Citizens Advice Seeks Volunteer Telephone Advisers

Your local Citizens Advice is looking to recruit additional volunteer Telephone Advisers for our East Dorset and Purbeck service.

Telephone Advisers are invaluable to us for delivering our service to local residents. Since the first lockdown, the demand for our service is ever increasing and we need to be able to provide a level of service which can match this demand.

No experience is necessary, just enthusiasm and a willingness to learn as full training will be given. Once training is complete, we do ask that people can commit to a minimum of 8 hours a week. Advisers can be based either working remotely from home or when restrictions allow, working from the office in Wimborne or Wareham to provide advice on a range of different subject areas.

Citizens Advice in East Dorset and Purbeck is an independent charity that relies entirely on volunteer advisers to assist people with free, confidential and impartial advice, enabling them to move forward with their lives.
